Hey! We need your help!
So, we here at Umm… Now What?, are always looking for ways to make the blog better. We’ve decided that one way we can make our digs more exciting is by updating our look. So, we are holding a CONTEST! A BLOG DESIGN CONTEST! Cue the confetti, open the beers, and put on your sweatpants (I think that last one is just me but whatever)!
Here are the details:
- We need a new design. We are open to anything, especially things that incorporate The West Wing (okay, seriously that really is just me, don’t do that). And if Matt tries to pay you off by insisting we have an Eva Longoria themed blog, don’t listen to him. Us four girls will beat him down.
- Seriously though, when it comes to the blog design, we are pretty easy- we just like awesome.
- If you are interested, leave a comment in this section or email me @ brandyismagic@gmail.com
- There will be a prize! The winner, will receive a permalink on the site, plus huge accolades and heaps of praise. They will also receive a $25 Starbucks gift certificate, a $25 Amazon gift certificate and Matt’s kidney (Matt, this might be news to you, but c’mon kidneys are made for giving).
So now one of two things are happening. Either you are a blog designer and are excited (because really, who wouldn’t be pumped about this?!) OR you know nothing about blog design (Hi! We are on the same team, we should get jackets made), which is okay too. But it would be AWESOME (and yes, AWESOME is the word of the day), if you let others know about this contest so we can get the word out. And because every UNW? post is better with a picture of an explosion…..

Sounds like fun. But why not google some blogger templates first? I have a post coming up on that soon on how I revamped my blog in a couple of days and made it more open/sweet.
I think what you need is a wider blog, more white… ugh. Never mind. I’m making you think that your blog should look like mine.

I would be ok if we designed the blog with flames and pictures of things exploding too.
I guess what I’m saying is that I am not locked on the Eva idea. I’m flexible.
